The Idea Behind The Name

Tricolor Luck, it's a catchy name but that's not all...

Tricolor is a cat breed known as the Japanese Bobtail. These cats are usually white with patches of any coloring, however, a tricolored cat -  such as a white, black, and tan one, is considered very good luck. 

Since this blog was created to create awareness for homeless pets and give them a higher chance of finding a home, I thought that a little tricolored luck would be helpful :)

Oh! And did you know that these cats are also the ones waving at you from an asian store counter? And the little kitty you find in Sanrio stores, also known as Hello Kitty?
